Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response across the enterprise. You will operate security software, assess third-party risk, and design controls for AI systems, while collaborating with IT, legal, and management to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, CS or engineering.
• Three years of cyber security experience.
• At least one security certification such as SSCP, GSEC, CEH or Security+.
• Experience with vulnerability management using MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Experience with SEIM/EDR/XDR and phishing testing.
• Ability to write scripts and generate reports from security systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document security and privacy risk; suggest controls and implementation methods.
• Interface with MSS and EPP vendors for technical settings, analyze alerts, and remediate threats.
• Assist with developing and maintaining information and privacy security policies and guidelines.
• Install and administer security protection devices including EPP and SIEM.
• Evaluate suspicious threats using EDR tools and respond accordingly.
• Utilize sandboxing tools to analyze suspicious events and malware.
• Analyze links, emails and documents with security tools; implement remediation controls.
• Develop and report metrics from SEIM and other devices.
• Contribute to Security Awareness and Phishing campaigns and adjust controls.
• Assist with third-party risk assessments and audits using established criteria.
