Job summary

Peraton seeks a Cyber Risk/Threat Analyst to support Department of War Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) with defensive cyberspace operations and AI support. Location: Fort Meade, MD.

You will conduct cyber risk assessments and threat intelligence analysis to support operational decision-making and improve situational awareness. Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider Associate with +14 or HS +16 years of experience.
• Experience in cyber threat intelligence
• Knowledge of threat frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
• Risk assessment methodologies
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Understanding of DoWIN architecture
• U.S. Citizenship required
• TS clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI

Responsibilities

• Perform operational risk characterization for DoWIN
• Analyze cyber threats and intelligence feeds
• Conduct ASOM analysis on cyber topics
• Produce threat assessments and recommendations
• Correlating events with external intelligence
• Support cybersecurity readiness assessments
