Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Demonstrated work experience in Cyber Threat Analytics.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze open source and classified reporting to identify threat trends and produce threat intelligence products and briefings.
• Document and report current and emerging threats that could exploit DHS stakeholders and Government.
• Coordinate and share information with customer components.
• Document Indicators of Compromise and high‑impact TTPs.
• Develop daily informational and analytic products to increase situational awareness.
• Analyze incidents, threats, risks, and techniques to assess impacts and consequences.
• Provide trend analysis using internal data and open/classified sources for situational awareness.
• Support customer during cyber incident management exercises at internal and national levels.
• Identify new threat‑based frameworks for analyzing adversaries’ activities based on network vulnerabilities and TTPs.
• Enrich information in Threat Indicator/Information Database with context for IPs and DNS lookups.
