Job summary

Aon Corporation in the United States is seeking a Cyber Manager - Advisory to lead security risk evaluation and client engagements across multiple offices. This hybrid role requires collaboration with advisory resources to strengthen cyber risk management.

You will mentor team members, guide pre-sales scoping, and formulate executive recommendations on Information Security strategy, while traveling as needed and communicating with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT security experience including risk management and governance.
• Consulting experience a plus; ability to advise on security programs.
• Experience with IAM, cloud or enterprise security, vulnerability mgmt.
• Knowledge of cyber insurance coverage and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate security programs and discuss CyQu assessments with clients.
• Advise strategies to reduce cyber risks across cloud, on‑prem, and users.
• Understand clients’ processes and controls; advise on threats and defenses.
• Lead pre‑sales scoping and proposals for advisory services.
• Mentor junior team members and answer technical questions.
