Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting seeks a technically strong Cybersecurity Manager to join our Cybersecurity & Privacy practice. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise across cloud security architecture, security engineering, risk and compliance frameworks, and threat modeling.

The position is hybrid (60% on-site/client, 40% remote) with local travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. You will design, implement, and assess security solutions across client environments, lead engagements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering/advisory experience in consulting is required.
• Willingness to travel to Los Angeles/Orange County and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity risk assessments and program implementations.
• Design security architectures for cloud environments and guide remediation.
• Drive threat modeling and proactive defense strategies across client engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver secure solutions on time.
• Support PCI-DSS and privacy compliance initiatives as needed.
