Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a technically strong Cybersecurity Manager to join our Cybersecurity & Privacy practice in Los Angeles. This hybrid role (60% on-site, 40% remote) focuses on cloud security architecture, risk and compliance, and threat modeling across client environments.

You will lead security assessments, design and implement controls, and guide remediation while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful engagements and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering/advisory experience in consulting.
• Hands-on expertise across cloud security architecture, risk, and compliance.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or PCI-DSS standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead security assessments, architect security controls, and drive client engagements.
• Perform threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and remediation planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams.
