Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a CyQu Advisory Manager in a hybrid role with multiple U.S. office locations. The position focuses on evaluating cyber risk, guiding clients on risk transfer, and leading advisory engagements.

The role requires 5+ years in IT security, strong risk management and governance skills, and the ability to work with senior leaders in pre-sales contexts. Travel and fluency in Spanish are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience in information security preferred.
• 5+ years IT security experience across risk management, security program governance, vulnerability management, incident response, and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

• Support broking clients and new relationships through cybersecurity assessments and CyQu reports.
• Collaborate with advisory resources to reduce security risks across cloud, on-premise, and network environments.
• Understand client processes and controls related to information security and risks.
• Advise on strategies to defend against threats and improve cyber security posture and continuity.
• Assist with client engagement pursuits, including scoping and proposals for advisory services.
• Discuss IT network and security architectures related to identities and access control.
• Formulate executive recommendations on Information Security strategy.
• Mentor and improve broking team through sharing knowledge and processes.
