Job summary

Aon is seeking a cybersecurity advisory expert to support broking clients by evaluating security programs and leading CyQu discussions. You will collaborate with advisory resources to cut risks across cloud and on-prem environments while understanding client processes and controls.

You will advise on strategies to defend against sophisticated threats, assist with pre-sales scoping, discuss identity and access architectures, and mentor junior teammates to raise overall practice competence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of varied IT security experience including risk management and governance.
• Experience with cyber risk insurance and business continuity considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support broking clients through evaluation of security programs and CyberQuo discussions.
• Collaborate with advisory resources to reduce security risks across cloud, on-prem, and endpoints.
• Understand client processes and controls related to information security.
• Advise on strategies to defend against ransomware and advanced threats.
• Assist with pre-sales scoping and development of client proposals for advisory services.
• Discuss IT network and security architectures related to identities and access control.
• Formulate executive level recommendations on information security strategy.
• Mentor team members and share improved processes.
