Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and extensive experience in cybersecurity research or embedded systems.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years with advanced degree and related work.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and strategic management of cybersecurity R&D projects for cyber-physical systems.
• Lead multidisciplinary hardware/software teams to develop and evaluate reverse-engineering approaches.
• Deliver technology demonstrations and engage customers early to drive business impact.
• Prepare and execute government-sponsored R&D proposals.
• Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders across Collins and customer organizations.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
