Job summary

STR, located in Woburn, MA, is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) for the Cyber Division to manage a portfolio of cyber research and development programs. You will oversee all program phases from marketing to proposal development, contract initiation to execution, and close-out to transition, coordinating across STR contracts, finance, security, and IT teams.

The role requires an Active TS clearance, 5+ years of relevant DoD/IC program management experience, and a proven ability to lead

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience (BS +5 years or MS +3 years).
• Experience in DoD or IC program management and/or supporting program objectives.
• Experience leading technical teams on advanced R&D programs.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Managing program technical, financial, and schedule performance.
• Identifying and addressing risks with PI, technical staff, subcontractors and support personnel.
• Managing program performance through metrics and milestones (schedule, cost, logistics).
• Synthesizing data from reports, staff, and customer feedback to communicate status and identify trends.
• Interacting with external customers and internal leadership.
• Managing scientists, engineers, and technicians across broad areas.
• Achieving cost, schedule, and customer objectives on advanced technology programs.
• Working in a fast-paced environment to enable contract execution.
• Building strong customer relationships and open communication.
