Job summary

Tharros in Fort Meade, MD seeks a Program Manager to lead a cleared, multi-disciplinary team delivering cyber acquisition and program management capabilities for DoD systems. You will oversee workforce planning, assign responsibilities to Team Leads and Deputy PMs, monitor metrics, and provide executive reporting to Government officials and corporate leadership on program health and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Cyber Security; 6 years can substitute for a degree.
Minimum of 15 years of PM experience with Federal, Intel, or Military command customers.
Current active PMP certification.
At least 10 years guiding planning, directing, and coordinating project methodologies and resources.
Five years formulating task plans and executing deliverables per approved plans.
Five years managing programs/projects with DoD/Service or Intelligence Community in classified environments.
Five years ensuring quality assurance in program activities.

Responsibilities

Oversee workforce planning and team allocations across multiple leads.
Monitor financial and operational metrics and report to leadership.
Provide executive-level program health updates to Government officials and corporate leadership.
