Job summary

Computer World Services is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for a complex DoD/GSA program. The PM will coordinate multiple projects, ensure technical excellence, and maintain customer satisfaction across engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and teleservices.

The role requires extensive program management experience, PMP or equivalent, and the ability to interact with Government leadership. Onsite work at customer location is typical.

Qualifications

• Experience managing DoD or federal program-scale IT operations.
• Proven leadership of large IT operations across multiple functional areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including briefings to Government officials.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of program operations across projects and dispersed personnel.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of contract activities.
• Ensure adherence to PWS, SLAs and quality standards.
• Serve as Government’s primary point-of-contact for program matters.
• Lead contractor staff with supervision, mentorship, QA/QC, and performance management.
