TekSynap is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert with PM experience to lead complex DoW cybersecurity and IT programs from San Antonio, TX. You will manage program execution, personnel, risk, and government stakeholder engagement to meet contractual requirements and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 12+ years managing large scale cybersecurity programs in regulated environments.
• Extensive RMF expertise with security authorization processes and DoW tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for cybersecurity programs.
• Manage program cost, schedule, staffing, performance, risk, and quality.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders including COs, CORs, and AO.
• Lead planning, resource allocation, staffing, and execution to deliver contract requirements.
• Oversee reporting, metrics, risk registers, and continuous process improvement.
