Job summary

phia LLC is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to conduct extensive policy research in cybersecurity, digital forensics, and cyber threat analysis. You will develop policy proposals and prepare materials for audiences across government, academia, and industry.

You will manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensure lifecycle compliance, and engage stakeholders to facilitate consensus and adoption of policy recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of policy development, policy analysis, or strategic planning experience in cyber/forensics/intelligence.
• TS clearance with SCI eligibility; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cyber policy research and analysis drawing on government sources and stakeholder input.
• Manage policy projects end to end with plans, timelines, dependencies, and performance metrics.
