Precision Focus seeks an experienced Policy Analyst to research, analyze, and coordinate cyberspace policy and doctrine at national and command levels. The role involves developing strategy, papers, talking points, and executive briefs for senior leaders.

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years in policy analysis, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders, and a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. Strong collaboration with military and civilian leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Policy Analyst or related field.
• Three years of experience with Combatant Commands, Service HQs, Joint Task Forces, or related organizations.
• Three years of experience briefing senior leaders
• Clearance: Top Secret/ SCI with a Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes cyberspace policy, doctrine, and strategy.
• Drafts background papers, talking points, and executive briefings.
• Provides policy recommendations to improve doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education.
• Interacts with senior military and civilian leaders to communicate outcomes and risks.
