Job summary

Precision Focus seeks a Policy Analyst to research, analyze, and coordinate policy for cyberspace training, exercises, and operations at multiple command levels. You will develop strategy and provide briefings to senior officials.

The role requires delivering written and oral policy recommendations, staying current on legislation and regulatory changes, and coordinating cross-agency efforts to ensure timely, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Policy Analyst.
• 3 years supporting Combatant Command, Service HQ, JFHQ, JTF, Joint Duty Assignment, Cyber Mission Force, or Intelligence Community.
• 2 years of experience briefing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Researches, analyzes, and develops strategy, policy, and doctrine for cyberspace training, exercises, and operations.
• Coordinates policy initiatives at national, DOW, service, and command levels with stakeholders.
• Provides concise, actionable briefings and written reports to senior officials.
• Monitors legislation and regulatory processes; maintains deadlines and project tracking.
