Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant on our Data Protection & Privacy team to lead client engagements, define security requirements, and drive data protection initiatives across diverse industries.

You will work with EY's Advanced Security Centers, apply encryption, PKI, governance, and data lifecycle practices, and travel up to 40-60% to support global priority accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 4-6 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 3-5 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software.
• Knowledge of encryption, data disposition, data classification and governance.
• Understanding of data governance and lifecycle management.
• Willingness to travel up to 40-60%.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and/or CISA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement teams and manage data security solution delivery.
• Define technical and business requirements for data security solutions.
• Develop data security strategies and governance programs.
• Advise on encryption, PKI, and data governance implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional EY teams to support clients.
