• Provide first-line IT support and customer interface for requests.
• Manage service requests, remote desktop support, and basic HW/SW issues.
• Support JWICS, NIPRNet, SIPRNet, NSANet and Tier networks as needed.
• Follow STIG guidance and maintain security-focused configurations.
• Escalate complex problems per policy and document resolutions.
