Huntington is seeking an experienced governance and risk leader to strengthen enterprise governance across cybersecurity, resilience, and regulatory readiness. The role centers on driving executive-ready reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable processes to elevate risk-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience in Cybersecurity, Compliance, Resilience, and/or Risk.
• 3+ years of owning strategy and operations.
• Background in Financial Institutions or highly regulated environments with complex governance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of enterprise governance visibility to strengthen leadership alignment and decision quality.
• Coordinate Cybersecurity Governance Forums including agenda, risk identification, and action tracking.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives such as cybersecurity insurance, findings oversight, and risk quantification.
• Build and mature governance structures, reporting routines, and operating models across critical capabilities.
• Draft executive-level communications and presentations for senior leadership and risk committees.
