Job summary

Strategic Growth Partners seeks a highly experienced Senior Cyber Exercise Planner to join the USSOUTHCOM J38 Cyber Exercise Branch on site in Doral, FL. The role requires an active TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility, and you will design challenging, realistic exercise scenarios aligned with strategic and operational objectives.

You will lead end-to-end planning of major joint and CCMD exercises, coordinate with senior personnel, and develop TTPs, CONOPS, and executive-level briefs for

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with JELC, JTS, and exercise constructs (LFX, TTX, CPX).
• CCMD/3-4 star level HQ background with Staff Action Officer planning.
• Strong knowledge of OPLANS/CONPLANS and Crisis Action Planning.
• Expertise in Cyberspace Operations including OCO, DCO, and DODIN OPS.
• Must possess the required security clearance to work in a classified environment.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and assessment of major joint and CCMD exercises.
• Serve as primary technical POC for Cyberspace Operations exercises with senior personnel.
• Develop strategic, operational, and tactical training objectives and MSEL injects.
• Facilitate Cyberspace Operations TTPs and CONOPS development.
• Lead the Cyber Exercise Coordination Working Group (CECWG).
• Analyze exercise results and present executive-level recommendations.
• Prepare 4-star level information papers and briefs for senior leadership.
