Job summary

Strategic Growth Partners seeks an Entry-Level Cyber Exercise Planner to join USSOUTHCOM J38 Cyber Exercise Branch onsite in Doral, FL. This position requires an active TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Location: USSOUTHCOM Headquarters, Doral, FL; Employment Type: Full-Time; Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 per year; Travel up to 25% to support exercise and training events.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support exercise and training events.
• Willingness to work on-site at the primary duty station in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior planners throughout all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), including planning conferences and concept development.
• Draft tactical-level cyberspace training scenarios and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) injects under the guidance of senior staff.
• Coordinate logistics for exercise planning events, including facility access, SVTCs, and administrative requirements.
• Support Exercise Control (EXCON), High Control (HICON), and White Cell functions during live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) exercises.
• Coordinate with cyber live-fire range administrators to ensure training environments are ready.
• Gather and compile player observation data and evaluator notes to support the creation of After-Action Reports (AARs).

They are seeking an Entry-Level Cyber Exercise Planner to join their USSOUTHCOM J38 Cyber Exercise Branch team onsite in Doral, FL. This position requires an active TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Location: USSOUTHCOM Headquarters, Doral, FL

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior planners throughout all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), including planning conferences and concept development.

• Gather and compile player observation data and evaluator notes to support the creation of After-Action Reports (AARs).
