Job summary

Puyenpa Services LLC in Miami, FL seeks a Senior Cyber Exercise Planner to join the USSOUTHCOM J38 Cyber Exercise Branch onsite in Doral. You will design challenging, realistic exercise scenarios that meet strategic objectives and guide high-level training and contingency operations.

As the prime technical expert, you will lead end-to-end planning, execution and assessment of major joint exercises, develop Cyberspace Operations TTPs and CONOPS, and coordinate the Cyber Exercise Coordination

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle and Joint Training System.
• Experience in CCMD HQ environments with Staff Action Officer planning.
• Deep understanding of OPLANS/CONPLANS and Crisis Action Planning.
• Expertise in Cyberspace Operations, including OCO, DCO, and DODIN OPS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and assessment of major joint and CCMD exercises.
• Serve as primary technical POC for Cyberspace Operations exercises with senior personnel.
• Develop strategic, operational, and tactical training objectives, scenarios, and MSEL injects.
• Facilitate development of Cyberspace Operations TTPs and CONOPS.
• Lead and manage the Cyber Exercise Coordination Working Group (CECWG).
• Analyze exercise results and prepare executive-level briefings and recommendations.
