Puyenpa Services LLC in the United States seeks an Entry-Level Cyber Exercise Planner to join the USSOUTHCOM J38 Cyber Exercise Branch onsite in Doral, FL. This role supports senior planners in developing critical cyberspace operations exercises and requires active TS/SCI eligibility.

You will assist in all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle, draft training scenarios, coordinate logistics, and support EXCON/HICON and White Cell functions across live, virtual, and constructive settings.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong organizational, communication and administrative abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for exercise and training events.
• On-site work requirement at the primary duty station in Doral, FL.
• Active security clearance: Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior planners throughout all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Draft tactical-level cyberspace training scenarios and MSEL injects under guidance.
• Coordinate logistics for exercise planning events (facilities, SVTCs, admin).
• Support EXCON, HICON, and White Cell functions in live, virtual, and constructive exercises.
• Coordinate with cyber live-fire range admins to ensure environments are ready.
• Gather observer data and evaluator notes for AARs.

We are actively seeking an Entry-Level Cyber Exercise Planner to join our USSOUTHCOM J38 Cyber Exercise Branch team onsite in Doral, FL. This position requires an active TS/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility. In this role, you will provide essential technical, administrative, and coordination support, assisting senior planners in the development and execution of critical cyberspace operations exercises. Main responsibilities

• Assist senior planners throughout all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), including planning conferences and concept development.
• Draft tactical-level cyberspace training scenarios and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) injects under the guidance of senior staff.
• Coordinate logistics for exercise planning events, including facility access, secure video teleconferences (SVTCs), and administrative requirements.
• Support Exercise Control (EXCON), High Control (HICON), and White Cell functions during live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) exercises.
• Coordinate with cyber live-fire range administrators to ensure training environments are ready.
• Gather and compile player observation data and evaluator notes to support the creation of After-Action Reports (AARs).

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support exercise and training events.
• Willingness to work on-site at the primary duty station in Doral, FL.
