Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with DoD standard security tools for vulnerability scans.
• Experience maintaining Vulnerability Management (VM) and endpoint security (HBSS).
• Experience identifying, protecting, detecting, responding to, and recovering from incidents.
• Familiarity with SIEM sensor platforms and risk-based security practices.

Responsibilities

• Scan equipment on PSNS and IMF network for vulnerabilities using DoD tools.
• Assist with VM maintenance and endpoint compliance.
• Support incident identification, protection, detection, response, and recovery processes.
• Configure, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain HBSS and SIEM sensor platforms.
• Provide on-site support for ship cable maintenance and related security tasks.
