Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager – Cyber to lead the Defensible Security GTM for a defense-grade SOCaaS offering. This anchor role will shape strategy, build a pipeline, and drive revenue across DIB and regulated customers.

The role requires extensive DoD/CMMS familiarity, experience scaling cyber portfolios, and building partner ecosystems. Travel monthly and operate in a hybrid office environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 11+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 15 years of related experience is required.
• Familiarity with US DoD programs and acquisition procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial GTM strategy for Defensible Security across priority cohorts.
• Drive revenue and pipeline by leading seniorly in prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
• Engage prime contractors and the DIB, building relationships across government and industry partners.
• Build and manage partner/channel ecosystems (MSP/MSSP, prime contractors, cloud, advisory).
• Capitalize on CMMC demand wave with aligned messaging and partner motions.
• Establish GTM operating discipline including forecasting, dashboards, and playbooks.
• Shape brand and demand generation with SNC marketing and external agencies.
• Build and lead a dedicated Defensible commercial organization.
