Job summary

You will collaborate with senior leaders and customers to align strategies, drive growth, and sustain a high-performance team focusing on innovation and exportable technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 13+ years of experience in technology management in Aerospace/Defense.
• Higher level degree may substitute for experience.
• Advanced knowledge of strategic planning, business development, and engineering programs.
• Experience with exportable technologies and acquisition processes.
• Strong communication skills for C-suite audiences.
• Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility U.S. security clearance.
