Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer training design and delivery.
• 2+ years instructional design and adult learning methods.
• 2+ years with LMS, e-learning tools, and virtual training.
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness with data-driven approaches.
• Strong project management; able to handle multiple initiatives.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive customer training programs tailored to diverse customer groups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training requirements and create engaging instructional materials.
• Deliver training sessions through in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
• Evaluate training initiatives using feedback and metrics, improving content and delivery.
