Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Supplier Development Engineering Manager (Finance) to lead supplier development initiatives ensuring quality and performance of components for building automation products. Based in Northford, CT or Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid schedule, you will drive improvements, collaborate with internal teams, and support new product introductions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supplier development or quality engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supplier quality management systems, supplier audits, and corrective action processes.
• Expertise in root cause analysis, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and proficiency in relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier development engineering activities to improve supplier quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions through supplier qualification and development.
