Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Customer Experience Training Professional to design and deliver impactful training that improves customer experience and maximizes value from Honeywell Building Automation products and services.

Based in Northford, CT, you will report to the Customer Experience Training Supervisor and operate on a Hybrid schedule, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and mentoring junior staff while coordinating with external vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer training design and delivery experience.
• 2+ years in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• 2+ years with LMS, e‑learning tools and virtual platforms.
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness using data-driven approaches.
• Strong project management skills and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive customer training programs for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training requirements and materials.
• Deliver training sessions in‑person, virtual, and e‑learning formats.
• Evaluate training initiatives using feedback and metrics and improve content.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with external vendors to enhance offerings.
