Job summary

Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, seeks a Senior Solution Architect-Customer Experience to design and deliver automation solutions that transform client interactions and improve operational efficiency.

You will work with Sales, Professional Services, and Finance to build compelling, implementable CX solutions, lead discovery, develop business cases, and contribute to contract-ready content. Strong communication and program management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years in consulting, user-centered design, CX, or related fields.
• Experience with bots, self-service channels and omni-channel solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Determine the best automation solution with client discovery and RFP/RFI input.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to design scalable solutions.
• Develop timelines, ROI models, and supporting docs for proposals.
• Identify risks and mitigation options for solution delivery.
• Assist pricing, staffing, and contract content with Sales and Finance.
• Contribute to scope of work documents and client-ready materials.
• Lead meetings to align pricing, timelines, and resources.
• Attend client site visits with Sales and team as needed.
• Research clients, verticals, and industries to differentiate CX solution.
• Ensure compliance with NDA, deal review, security, and policies.
• Improve opportunity management processes for efficiency.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years exp in:

Experience with bots & self-service

UX / CX design knowledge

Excellent communication skills
