Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Software Architect to lead design and delivery of NiCE CXone and Cognigy solutions for enterprise customers. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure architecture and collaborate with clients, engineers, and delivery teams.

This senior, client-facing role requires deep technical leadership, hands-on development, and mentoring of architects and engineers. Base salary ranges from $122,001 to $191,715 with incentives; remote-work options via Work-at-Home

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer experience tech, CCaaS, or enterprise delivery.
• Hands-on NiCE CXone implementation experience.
• Experience with Cognigy or similar conversational AI.
• Strong APIs, integrations, cloud security, and modern architectures.
• Experience leading complex multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure CCaaS solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead architecture reviews and technical decisions.
• Oversee integrations with CRM, telephony, and AI platforms.
• Mentor engineers and deliver hands-on deployment.
