Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Customer User Experience (CX) Researcher to define end-to-end mixed-methods research and drive insights across the global enterprise. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, translate ambiguous questions into actionable research plans, and present findings that influence product and business strategies.

The role reports to the Director of Research & Insights and offers remote work with potential on-site collaboration near Conshohocken, PA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of applied research experience.
Experience with Qualtrics, Medallia, FullStory, GlassBox, SPSS, SQL or similar tools.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills integrating multiple information sources.

Responsibilities

Partner with CX Leads to identify business challenges and create actionable research plans.
Translate ambiguous questions into rigorous research approaches and learning objectives.
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies (interviews, surveys, focus groups, journey mapping).
Apply best practices to ensure reliable, unbiased results and actionable insights.
Manage research projects from scoping to final recommendations.
Conduct statistical analysis and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build relationships with leaders across product, business, and marketing.
Facilitate internal workshops and develop executive-level narratives.
