Verint is seeking a Platform Consultant to act as an executive evangelist for the Open CCaaS platform, blending technology and business development to drive ROI for customers' contact centers. The role collaborates with solutions, product, sales, and services teams to educate markets, partners, and customers, and to position Verint as the platform of choice.

Travel is required up to 30-50% with strong communication and data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years in-depth contact center operations experience.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior executives and align platform capabilities with ROI.
• Experience leading internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of contact center solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs, CDPs, ERPs and data ecosystems.
• Experience with data lakes/warehouses (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
• Strong networking, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.
• Successful completion of background screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead technical SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives with a focus on ROI.
• Manage executive customer relationships and ROI discussions in marquee accounts.
• Remain expert in Verint DaVinci AI and data science.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position the platform as the 'platform of choice'.
• Present Verint Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
• Leverage data architecture knowledge to influence industry perspectives.
• Build thought leadership through speaking and networking.
• Deliver content across channels to show the need for Verint Open CCaaS.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner/customer engagement strategies.
• Identify whitespace and close opportunities in accounts.
• Maintain current knowledge of Verint products and industry trends.
