Job summary

Verint seeks a Platform Consultant to act as the executive evangelist for the Open CCaaS platform, combining technology & business development to deliver ROI for customers’ contact centers. You will work with senior executives to position Verint as the platform of choice, collaborating with product, solutions, and marketing teams, and driving adoption in marquee accounts.

The role requires deep knowledge of data science, ML, and data architecture, with the ability to articulate business value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years' experience in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years of experience with contact center operations.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives and tie platform capabilities to business value.
• Strong leadership to guide internal stakeholders and craft value propositions.
• Knowledge of CRM/CDP/ERP data ecosystems is beneficial.
• Familiarity with data lakes/warehouses (AWS/GCP/Azure/Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Act as executive SME selling CX automation & ROI to C-suite.
• Nurture executive relationships through ROI discussions in marquee accounts.
• Educate and evangelize Verint Open CCaaS to markets, customers & partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position platform as the preferred choice for contact centers.
• Present Engagment Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
• Develop thought leadership and engage in speaking opportunities.
