The Sr. Solution Consultant collaborates with solutions and product teams to educate markets, customers & partners and to ensure the platform is positioned as the reference in contact center solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years' experience in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years of experience with contact center operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the lead technical SME selling CX automation to C-suite executives.
• Nurture executive relationships through ROI discussions with marquee accounts.
• Educate and evangelize Verint DaVinci AI to markets, customers & partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position the platform as the customer’s platform of choice.
• Present Verint Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and data science teams.
