Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. seeks a Platform Consultant to act as an executive evangelist for the Open CCaaS platform. This senior role blends technology and business development to deliver ROI through CX automation and data-driven insights.

You will educate and counsel customer executives, lead cross-functional teams, and position Verint as the platform of choice in contact centers. Travel approximately 30-50% to key accounts and strategic markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years' experience in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years in-depth contact center operations experience.
• Strong communication with senior executives.
• Proven leadership across internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contact center solutions is an advantage.
• Experience with data ecosystems (CRMs, CDPs, ERPs).
• Data lake/warehouse knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
• Willingness to travel 30–50%.
• Background check and credit/drug screening as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the technical SME selling CX automation to C-suite executives with focus on ROI.
• Nurture executive relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Explain Verint DaVinci AI and its business impact.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Solutions, and Services to position the platform as the customer's choice.
• Present Verint Engagement Data Hub to IT and Data Science teams.
• Share industry insights from data architecture and data science perspectives.
• Develop thought leadership and speak at events; leverage social media.
