Job summary

Quo is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer, CX to design and optimize tech-enabled customer experience systems. You’ll lead cross-functional projects that improve efficiency, scale, and reliability across CX, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data.

You’ll build AI-assisted tools, automate workflows, and establish governance while measuring impact through metrics like resolution rate, time savings, and customer satisfaction. This is a remote-first role with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in operations engineering, automation, or CX systems.
Experience using AI, automation, integrations, or internal tooling to solve operational problems.
Experience owning complex initiatives from problem definition to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Identify and lead high-impact operational initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration.
Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled tools and workflows for CX operations.
Translate complex processes into clear system logic, prompts, and escalation paths.
Connect systems and automate end-to-end workflows using APIs, webhooks, and internal tools.
Build LLМ-powered workflows for classification, routing, summarization, and automated resolution.
Partner with frontline teams to turn pain points into scalable systems and tooling improvements.
Define success metrics and evaluate AI/automation impact using metrics like resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
