Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a strategic Digital Strategist to architect end-to-end customer journeys for the IDC marketing team, aligning programs with customer needs across the lifecycle and driving adoption of AWS services.

You will lead cross-functional workshops, define journey frameworks, and collaborate with analytics, Email Marketing, and Marketing Platform Operations teams to measure success and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive customer journey frameworks across awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty stages.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define journey requirements, success metrics, and touchpoints.
• Develop next best action and next best content strategies at scale.
• Create customer-centric marketing strategies that align objectives with customer needs at each funnel stage.
• Define journey progression metrics in partnership with CX analytics team.
• Establish journey frameworks that enable scalable, reusable approaches across programs.
