Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst 3 to transform unstructured customer feedback into actionable insights. You will own text analytics, validate models, and translate findings into business recommendations using SQL, Python/R, and BigQuery.

The role focuses on sentiment analysis, topic classification, and linking feedback to engagement, spend, and future behavior. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership alignment will be essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience, including unstructured data.
• Strong SQL and hands-on BigQuery experience; Python/R for analysis.
• Experience analyzing unstructured text with NLP, LLMs, or text analytics tools.

Mansioni

• Develop, test, and improve methods for classifying customer comments, measuring sentiment, and identifying issues using text analytics and LLMs.
• Own and evolve models, workflows, and data sources; design next iterations with stakeholders.
• Build repeatable datasets and tools using SQL, Python/R, and BigQuery for self-service exploration.
• Manage customer-feedback taxonomy, sentiment, and reporting; connect feedback to business metrics.
• Deliver end-to-end analyses with clear recommendations and storytelling to leaders.
