Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics field
• 5+ years of data analytics experience
• Experience with unstructured text and NLP/LLMs

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and improve methods for classifying customer comments and measuring sentiment using text analytics.
• Own and evolve models, workflows, and data sources; design next iteration.
• Use SQL, Python/R, and BigQuery to build repeatable datasets and tools for scalable analysis.
• Own taxonomy and Medallia survey text analytics, including topic definitions and sentiment.
• Deliver end-to-end analysis from business question to recommendations and storytelling.
• Produce recurring and event-based customer analyses and identify emerging trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on measurement approaches and priorities.
• Build business cases and gain leadership support for analytical priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts on analytics and responsible AI tool usage.
