• Experience building reliable agentic AI workflows integrated into design and research processes.
• Experience implementing Voice of Customer programs and analyzing feedback.
• Advanced proficiency in customer research methodologies and journey mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead CX initiatives and projects with cross-functional teams from launch through optimization.
• Develop and implement omnichannel CX strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and run AI-powered workflows to automate CX tasks across research, personas, journeys and reporting.
• Synthesize findings from research and analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to ideate and co-create solutions.
• Deliver reports and presentations that communicate CX impact to stakeholders at all levels.
