Omilia is a leader in Conversational AI. We hire a Senior Project Manager to drive enterprise implementations of our conversational solutions for contact centers, coordinating across engineering, professional services, and customer success while owning the client relationship end-to-end.

We seek someone with 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT, strong analytical skills, and a track record delivering complex CX projects.

Qualifikationen

8+ years of customer-facing Project Management experience delivering complex enterprise IT/software projects.
Experience with Conversational AI / Agentic CX space or CCaaS/CPaaS vendor landscape.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior client stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end delivery.

Aufgaben

Own full lifecycle of enterprise and mid-market implementations end-to-end.
Serve as primary contact for enterprise clients and manage client relationships.
Coordinate between engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, and support teams.
Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans across engagements.
Prepare and present status reports and metrics to leadership and clients.
