Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Solution Architect-Customer Experience to design automation solutions that transform client CX and improve efficiency. You will partner with Sales, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and client stakeholders to craft differentiated, practical solutions.

The role requires discovery sessions, business-case development, and contract-ready content, with travel to client sites as needed. Base salary ranges with incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience in consulting, UX, voice/digital bots, CX, or related fields.
• Experience with bots, self-service apps, and channels like Voice/IVR, Messaging/Chat, Omni.
• Knowledge of user experience design and CX best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine the best automation solution in collaboration with Sales and Sales Engineer after client discovery and RFP/RFI reviews.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to design robust, scalable, client-ready solutions.
• Develop solution approach with timelines, ROI models, and supporting docs.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting quality, timelines, or client expectations.
• Support pricing strategies with Sales and Finance and help with approvals.
• Contribute to scope of work documents, proposals, and contract materials.
• Lead meetings to align pricing, staffing, timelines, and contracts with stakeholders.
• Attend client site visits with Sales and other team members as needed.
• Research current and prospective clients to differentiate the Concentrix solution.
• Assist in gathering resources to follow Concentrix processes and protections.
