Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or related field.
• Five+ years in semiconductor equipment engineering or related experience.
• Experience developing/installing/qualifying/solving issues with complex semiconductor equipment.
• Experience using AI tools for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-of-a-kind CVD equipment and chamber capabilities for advanced memory applications.
• Translate requirements into equipment specs, delivery, chamber configurations, and controls.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop hardware and capability solutions for emerging memory tech.
• Support installation, qualification, site planning, and readiness activities.
• Create equipment-maturity plans covering film uniformity, thickness, and reliability.
• Lead root-cause investigations and apply structured problem-solving.
