Job summary
Micron Technology in Albany, NYCreates site seeks an experienced engineer to lead installation, optimization, and maintenance of High NA EUV Track equipment, enabling flawless process integration for next-generation memory devices.
You will collaborate with global teams, mentor junior engineers, and apply AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making while protecting Micron’s intellectual property and delivering robust, scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 4 years of photolithography track equipment development and maintenance.
- Experience with High NA EUV Photo Track hardware and process control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and interpret complex schematics.
- Experience with failure analysis methodologies (FMEA, 8D, or SPC/FDC).
- AI proficiency or AI-enabled ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Lead equipment hardware projects and installations with suppliers.
- Develop and optimize track recipes to meet performance and cost targets.
- Identify and resolve equipment issues using failure analysis methodologies.
- Design preventative maintenance schedules to increase uptime.
- Evaluate new photo film materials and equipment configurations.
- Collaborate with Technology Development teams across Boise and Hiroshima.
- Mentor junior engineers on equipment operations.
