Job summary
Mattel is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst within the Customs Compliance team to design and evolve analytics solutions that transform inbound logistics data into trusted insights.
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility and decision-making, own compliance controls, and lead process improvements across regulatory programs. Strong Excel/BI skills and HTS knowledge are required.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities for regulatory data.
- Experience with US CBP rules, HTS, and regulatory interpretations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and process improvements.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI/ERP reporting tools.
- Experience with HTS classifications and PED/ABI systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance analytics solutions for inbound logistics and customs data.
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and dashboards.
- Own compliance controls, audits, and reporting improvements across programs.
- Collaborate with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Provide training and coaching to teammates on analytics best practices.
