Biogen in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Sr. Supervisor – Specialty Operations to lead customer support teams, drive regional business plans, and partner with internal departments to ensure optimized programs and employee engagement.

The role requires coaching for performance improvement and 8-hour shifts within EST business hours. Responsibilities include managing ~$3M yearly revenue, change-management support, and strategic territory planning while maintaining strong external stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for approx. $3M in yearly revenue through patients graduating onto commercial product and budgets.
• Develop regional business plans, validate metrics, identify leading/lagging indicators and action plans to achieve business targets.
• Communicate effectively, cascade messaging clearly and timely; support Change Management through key themes.
• Strategic accountability for territories and advise Division manager on strategies to achieve targets; assess environmental signals and mitigation plans.
• Partner with external stakeholders to represent PS in cross-functional planning meetings and align objectives, strategies, and tactics.
• Understand performance management and manage employee relations issues.
