Biogen, Inc. is seeking a Sr.

Supervisor – Specialty Operations to act as a liaison between internal teams, cross functional partners and external field representatives to drive business results and employee engagement. This role will develop assessment and resource plans, partner with internal departmental teams (quality, training, compliance, and reporting etc.) to ensure optimal support and programs are provided while driving employee engagement and coaching for performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years leading large teams and driving performance targets for multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt style for the audience and coach employees.
• Strong analytical, project management, problem solving, customer relationship, organizational, conflict resolution, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage approx. $3M in yearly revenue through patients graduating onto commercial product and internal budgets to meet targets.
• Develop regional business plans, validate metrics, identify indicators and action plans to achieve targets.
• Communicate clearly, cascade messaging, and support Change Management across activities.
• Strategic accountability for territories and partner with the Division manager to determine strategies.
• Assess environmental signals and mitigate impact to strategy and targets.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to align objectives in cross-functional planning meetings.
• Understand performance management and effectively handle employee relations issues.
