Job summary

Biogen is seeking a Senior Strategic Operations leader to define and execute North America priorities. This role partners with the Office of the President of North America and reports to the Head of Strategic Operations and Portfolio for North America, driving multi-year strategy and governance cycles.

The role requires strong cross-functional influence, stakeholder management, and deep pharma commercial experience, with responsibility for ICP/AOP processes and coordination across the BNA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
• 12+ years leading large/complex programs and initiatives.
• Pharma commercial experience required.
• Ability to lead and influence in the matrix.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Establish clear strategic priorities and drive execution across Biogen North America.
• Identify initiatives involving strategy, processes, systems, and tools.
• Lead complex cross-functional teams with matrixed leadership.
• Coordinate strategy development and annual refresh with NA leadership.
• Support Board and EC-level reviews and governance rhythms.
• Improve business practices to maximize resources and operational excellence.
