Job summary

Base44, an AI-powered software development platform recently acquired by Wix, is building a go-to-market Customer Success team. As Team Lead, you will hire and mentor CS managers, own a mid-market book, and drive renewals, expansions, and customer health.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in account management or customer success, with proven leadership and data-driven forecasting. You will collaborate with Sales on upsell and work from the office 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or customer success in a B2B technology company.
• 3+ years directly managing a team of account managers or customer success managers.
• Proven track record of retention, renewals, and expansion across a mid-market book.
• Experience running both scaled programmatic motions and high-touch motions.
• Strong communication and executive presence with stakeholders.
• CRM and reporting proficiency, ideally HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of CSMs/AMs with regular 1:1s, account reviews, and QBRs.
• Manage a small book of strategic mid-market accounts and escalate key customers.
• Help build the post-sale operating model for mid-market customers and handoffs from Sales.
• Manage both programmatic and high-touch motions appropriately.
• Own retention, renewals, and health with accurate forecasting and collaboration with Sales on expansion.
• Monitor health, usage, and risk signals and support at-risk accounts.
